Sun International App.Worst app ever. You cannot change personal details. When logged out and you change your password, you cannot log in again. Guys, listen . . . GET SOME SMART IT GUYS FROM ASIA TO SORT YOUR PROBLEMS !!!

Takealot delivery charges.
I am a Pensioner, so we try and save wherever we can. I have bought previously from Takealot but have now switched to Makro. Items are similarly priced but the game changer for me is the delivery cost. Recently bought items from Makro - no delivery charge. Exact same items from Takealot, they charge delivery. I rest my case

FNB - CREDIT FACILITY FEE a RIPOFF
"Credit facility fee". You know the story of how banks are ripping us all off with "FEES" So I asked FNB Card division why are they charging me R25p/m "Credit Facility Fee" They say it is for the credit that you utilize on the card. So . . What if YOU DO NOT USE the credit facility. They still charge you Surely they should only charge you "Credit facility fee" if you use the credit facility. ????? No, whether you use it or not, they will charge you R25 p/m ???

Dumb App.
Sun International App. Dumbest App ever. There is an incorrect ID number and Date of birth under my profile. But with this dumb app you are unable to ammend it. I have been to Carnival City MVG desk at least 6 times. They got my correct ID and DOB details but 6 months later it still appears incorrectly under my profile details. Really, sun International IT department, get some smart techi from Asia to fix your silly problem. Your current IT dept is ***********.

Mweb never replies to emails
I requested via email for change of ownership for my fibre package. Duly completed forms were sent to Nobuhle Ntshanga. Weeks have passed but not even a courtesy of a reply to my email. Phoning Mweb is worse than phoning home affairs. You wait a very very long time. Finally when I got through, I was told Nobuhle will be told to contact me. I am still waiting. Have Mweb staff not been trained to give courtesy of replies to emails?

FNB Tavel Insurance ridiculously overpriced.
FNB Travel Insurance is ridiculously overpriced. Just compared what someone paid for travel insurance through Absa and found it more than 60% cheaper than what I was quoted by FNB. Why can FNB not offer competitive travel insurance rates to it's VALUED CUSTOMERS. ????

Dischem gift vouchers ridiculous.
Dischem gift vouchers are ridiculous. I received a R500 dischem gift voucher. When using it YOU MUST USE THE FULL VALUE IN ONE PURCHASE !!! How ridiculous is that. You cannot buy a few items say total R200. If you cash in your voucher of R500, you loose the R300. YOU DO NOT GET ANOTHER VOUCHER FOR THE CHANGE!!! Guys, learn from Clicks. They got it right.

MTN INCAPABLE OF PROCESSING FUTURE CANCELLATIONS.
My cellphone contract expires on 26/1/25. They cannot process my cancellation request because . . ."Kindly note that the system is not able to capture future cancellation dates, since your termination date is on the 26/01/2025 you will be charged early termination fess should we process the cancellation now" Really .. . MTN CANNOT PROCESS FUTURE CANCELLATIONS ????

Takealot getting greedy. Not smart
Takealot seem to be getting dumber with their marketing strategy. With Amazon, Makro, Clicks etc. as competitors, Takealot has decided to change free delivery from min. purchase Takealot used to provide free delivery for min.purchase of R500. This has been increased to R650. Really . . NOT SMART. With the likes of Amazon, Temu, Makro etc. as competitors, Takealot should be getting smarter but seems like they are getting greedier. Is this a smart marketing move by Takealot ??? This is a dumb move. Goodbye Takealot Hello Amazon. . .
