Good day Please note on 18/01/2026 i visited Spec Savers in Lenz Quarter with my daughter. We both had eye tests and ordered glasses. My order included contact lenses which I received only 4 months later (Only collected yesterday 20/05/2026) upon me calling several times asking when my contact lenses will be delivered. I advised them several times that I have overworn my contact lenses and have no extra pairs available and that my eyes were beginning to trouble me. The worst thing about this is being told that only trial lenses were ordered (4 months later) !!!!!, when i ask them why my boxes were not ordered i get no clear explanation. I requested Yolanda from reception to advise the Optometrist to contact me before COB yesterday but even now I have still not received a call from him. I just called again and was told that they do not know why I was not contacted yesterday and that they will give him a message to call me. Is this the service I deserve as a patient of my years for Spec Savers? Is my eyesight not important? I am really frustrated by this service and want something to be done urgently!!!
No network coverage since the whole of yesterday even now. The only feedback received is that there is a network incident. How is it that ither people in my area using the same Vumatel are connected??? We pay to get services to be rendered, this is just pure nonsense!!!!!!!!!
I received a call from someone stating that they were calling from standard bank and offering me a credit card, that was on 29/07/2021 or so. I was advised to upload my documents or send them via email to some KSS email address and that was done on 30/07/2021. To date I have not received any feedback from standard bank instead every time I call in I get told they will follow up with those KSS (outsourced company) and get back to me. I also raised this issue with standard bank facebook account inbox but every time I get asked for my details and I have to keep on repeating myself. This is so ridiculous as I saw other people complaining about standard bank's service. I need to know where my personal documents were sent to as it seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!!!
<p>I have been using Spec Savers at Protea Gardens and now the branch is closed. I called in the customer services ********** 405 to find out where our files have been sent to so that i can be able to order my contact lenses and the consultant advised that she doesn't know and asked me if could they have sent it to maponya mall maybe? how should i know what the process is? i need to find out where my file is so that i can place an order for my lenses as they have already expired!!! </p>
<p>A couple of months back i was involved in an accident and claimed from my insurer which is Miway. I was advised that my claim had been approved and was given details of the panel beater to book my car to (without been given other options) that's matter number 1. I called miway to find out if i have any options to use my own panel beater which i was advised it's possible provided i send quotes. I spoke to the lady named Mpumi whom i sent my quotes to on 12/10/2016. To date i still have not received a call or any communication from miway to update me on my claim,instead i always have to call them to find out how far they are with my claim and i keep on getting the same story that my query is with the assessors and that i will get a call from them but i still have not received any correspondence. I have spoken to Mmabatho (who was not frinedly at all), i spoke to Phillip, i spoke to Jamil can you please tell me if i need to speak to the whole of miway consultants to get assistance??? is this the service that i am paying for???? i am now using public transport and inconvenienced every day because of my so called INSURER,MIWAY!!!!</p>
