<p>I bought an explora price lock with full installation. It was delivered on the 24th of April 2016. Ever since that day, an installer which i was referred to by multichoice fail to pick up my calls and respond to my emails for 3 days. This installing company is called masina domestic services. </p> <p>Multichoice is failing me as a client. I emailed them and still they are not responding too. This is an unethical business practice. By the end of the month they will be running to my bank account to make a debit order but am not even using their service.</p> <p>Further action will be taken if they fail to install the explora today.</p> <p> </p>
<p>I thought Dstv explora price lock was a good deal. I bought it and it was delivered on time. They gave me the name and contact of their installers to call them and organised intallation. This company is called masina domestic services. I did what they said. But unfortunately masina domestic services they haven't responded to my calls for two days including an email. </p> <p>I'm very disappointed by multichoice. I even wrote them an email(multichoice) but still they fail to respond too. At the end of the month multichoice will debit from my account but unfortunately for me they don't care. Explora is not installed.</p> <p>This is my dissatisfaction and i advice people to avoid working directly with multichoice since they can't deliver a service. Not even nominate a second installer</p> <p>When this message reaches multichoice. Make it a point that you organise an installer for me or further steps will be taken against you.</p>
<p>I AM AN EXISTING CUSTOMER FOR JD FINANCIAL SERVICE.I REALLY CAN'T BELIEVE JD GROUP. I CALLED MORE THAN 7 TIMES BUT NOBODY BOTHERED TO ANSWER MY CALLS. THIS HAPPENED ON THE 12th OF APRIL 2017.SOME WHEN THEY ANSWER FROM DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS THEY JUST PICK IT UP AND BE SILENT. THE NUMBER THAT I CALLED IS ********** 100. I CAN'T BELIEVE THEM. </p> <p>ONE OF THE CONSULTANT JUST HANG UP ON ME. REALLY???? ALL THAT I WANTED WAS TO ASK COUPLE OF QUESTIONS.</p>
<p>I signed with vodacom in Jabulani, Soweto a contract for 24 months in 2015. Package includes both airtime of R200 and 500 data each month for 24 months. This month i did not receive data, when I call custumer care, a woman named Thami answered and keeps telling me that I was subsidised with a data I was not suppose to. This is not according to the agreement I had with vodacom. Thami dropped my call and started the whole process of customer care again after she promised that I will speak with her team leader but that did not happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm done with vodacom, there is no loyalty and call centre agents are not doing their duty as they suppose to. #SHAME TO VODACOM. YOU'VE JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER.</p>
<p>IT HAS BEEN 13 MONTHS EVER SINCE I APPLIED FOR A HOUSE WITH COSMOPOLITAN PROJECT. A HOUSE IS BUILD AND DONE. BUT THERE IS THIS HOUSING INVESTMENT PARTNERS WHO DELAYS LAWYERS WITH DOCUMENTS FOR A HOUSE TO BE REGISTERED. EVERYTIME WHEN I CALL, I GET TRANSFERRED FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER. NOW THERE'S THIS OLD LADY NAMED NATALIE THAT I SPEAK WITH HER FROM THE OFFICE IN SANDTON. THEY DON'T EVEN CARE. WHAT ON EARTH CAN A PERSON WAIT 13 MONTHS FOR HIS HOUSE TO BE REGISTERED.? AM LOSING PATIENCE WITH HIP. THEY DO NOT HAVE WORK ETHICS, THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS. AM REALLY ****ED. THEY CAN GO TO HELL. NOW AM FIGHTING WITH MY LANDLORD, SINCE I PROMISED TO LEAVE MARCH THIS YEAR. HOUSING INVESTMENT PARTNERS IS UNCONSIDERATE, AND THEY SHOULD STOP WITH THEIR ATTITUDE BEFORE LOSING MORE CLIENT. THE NEXT STEP IS TO CONTACT OMBUDSMAN, I CAN'T DEAL WITH THIS NONSENSE ANYMORE.</p>
