Will not go for the food just coffee and the experience
Setting of the restaurant is great. The breakfast food not great. We’ve been there twice with international guest and the food was dry and tasteless both times. We ordered green and gold vegan breakfast. The white bread was stale and halloumi was very tough. Would not recommend it. I would recommend the coffee. The coffee tasted freshly ground and had great fresh aroma. Our guest enjoyed the coffee and the giraffe but sadly not the food.

Bad service
We flew from OR Tambo to Newark. Flight was delayed by 2 hours, the food was tasteless. We were served rice and beans. When we asked for coffee with a milk alternative( soy or almond) the air hostesses told us this is not Starbucks. A plus is the flights were not full we had a row to ourselves and could sleep. Next time I would pay a little extra and book on another airline not United again.

Good service
Clearwater mall Sheet Street, very attentive to clients. Shopped there a few time and customer service is consistent. The sales team were very friendly. Delight to shop there. Recommend it.

Not really Almond milk
I tried the Almond milk. It is taste more like oat milk and only has 3% almonds in it. Does not taste like almond milk at all. It’s better if they just call it oat milk. Over all disappointed with the taste but it’s very creamy and good in coffee and frothy.

Value for money
20/20 special on the 20th of each month is great value for money and taste really good. Noordheuwel branch was very full but our order of coffee and 2 natas came really fast. Service is good.

Good food
Good experience. Featherbrook Ocean basket. We walked in and was met by the manager. He was friendly and took our order. He did good font service. Food was tasty and fresh. I ordered a platter for 1 and it was value for money.

Good food
Mozambik in Capetown, food was amazing, tasty and fresh. I felt like I was in Mozambique. The music added to the ambiance. We ordered the platter for one and I was enough food, very satisfying. We wish they had Mozambican beer that would have taken it to the next level. The waiter was very attentive.

Long wait and poor service
Fishaways NoordHeuwel has poor poor service. I phoned in to place an order to reduce the time spend waiting. When I got to the store I had to wait 1h45 min for my food. When I eventually received it it was inedible. Waste of time and money

Poor online service
Shopping online. My order was canceled for no reason. Sent an email to customer service after three weeks still no answer. Absolute poor service.

Bad food and bad service
We came to primi in nelspruit riverside mall on Saturday evening. All the condiments we finished when we got there,we did not get any bread, sauces but the worst is when I ordered a pasta dish with prawns. The prawns we durty, they were not deveined. The mananger did not apologize about the bad food when I complained. She was unprofessional, Not happy with the service and the food was unacceptable.
