I have been trying to contact Khula Sizwe Shares platform to verify my FICA compliance, so that I can participate on the buy back share scheme but their telephone is forever busy and also send them an email without any respond as well. I need my money back, please respond to your emails and calls as well
They make a fraudulent credit inquiry with trans union on my credit profile and it is frustrating when you try to get hold of them
I entered into a top up cell phone contract with vodacom and come March 2019, two invoices were issued on my account. First invoice issued on the 1st of March 2029, which is a normal invoice that I get on month to month basis and come the third of March 2019, another invoice was issued again that made my total invoice amount to double. End of March 2019, Vodacom double invoice me and when I call their contact center, I was told that they cannot assist me because they are not working with invoices. I was later transfer to accounts section and I have been waiting for the last 2 hours without any help. Vodacom customer service is such mess
I requested a settlement letter with nsfas in 2 January 2018, and the 4 January 2018, I make a full payment and requested a settlement letter or closing balances. But since then I haven't got any response from them and fast forward that to November 2018, I received an email from them saying that I owe them a lump sum of amount of which I don't understand how was it calculated. I am not going to pay them any cent , we might as well take each other to court because this is fraud what they are doing
