I bought shares in 2019 that would remain vested for 5 years. Then the period was extended for another year.. Investors were advised that they could finally sell some shares in 2026. I submitted my request to sell the shares I do not trust them with my investment. Now they want me to resubmit my fica documents, when their website showed that FICA details was verified. Still no indication when I will receive my payment as it’s already been a month and there’s now way to contact them as the call centre number only allows you to request a call back.

2019, I invested R6 000 in this company, as a form of buying shares under JSE, and I was allocated 600 shares. I left my shares grow on their own, planning to trade them after 5 years. April 2025 was my first enquiry regarding my shares, as I was now due to trade, even today I am still fighting for my money. They keep on requesting for FICA documents, and I send them, but with no solution. So far, I've sent those documents 6 times, if not more. The first time I sent them was on 10 November 2025, 31 December 2025, 26 January 2026, 16 February 2026, 24 February 2026, and 15 March 2026. Mind you, it's different people, requesting for my documents, I wonder if the entire Khula Siwe employees need to have my FICA documents for my bank details to be updated, since they have been updating them for the past four months. Another sickening part they are saying I cannot trade all my shares, and they have even decided on several shares that can trade, and when I calculate those shares, they make less than the money I have invested in 2019. All I need is for my 600 shares to be traded and my payment, then I part ways with Khula Sizwe, and all the frustrations they have caused me.

I have been trying to contact Khula Sizwe Shares platform to verify my FICA compliance, so that I can participate on the buy back share scheme but their telephone is forever busy and also send them an email without any respond as well. I need my money back, please respond to your emails and calls as well
