I have been trying to cancel my life policy and debit order for months, but it keeps going off and the bank cannot reverse it. So fed up with this.
I ordered a duvet and the driver broke the bag it came in, I didn't even take the item out of the packaging and logged a return. I was refused a refund but eventually told that they would courier it back to me (not sure why) and then I needed to log the return AGAIN and then they would log an exception. Sounds good, but they don't reply to me or the courier who told me they need an auth code to collect it. Why on earth would they need to return it to me and me return it again (wasting more time and money), not reply to me or the courier and treat me this way? Ported to Afrihost AirMobile. Most horrific experience, first SIM never worked, I have a new SIM and that doesn't work. I have tried to get this sorted but one excuse after another and I have been without a working SIM and therefore phone for over 2 weeks. Going to just port back to Cell C. Apparently MTN support this service and this is just shocking. I also lost my promotional free data due to this and I am told this cannot be rectified.
I signed up with SkySoft, I was automatically renewed for an annual subscription and I then IMMEDIATELY reachout for a refund and was told this was not possible. I decided now to use that software and guess what? It not longer works and I am being forced to pay more to get the Wondershare Uniconverter !!!!!! I am so unhappy, I am again told I cannot be refunded, not can I use what I was billed for. I am disgusted and I don't have the money to pay more.
I order often from Takealot, this week I ordered a KIC fridge that came with scratches. I send pics and asked it be replaced on collection (as I need a fridge) but was told no, they have to collect and assess and only then can they send a new fridge. I do not have another fridge and I find it unacceptable to pay R 7000 for something that is damaged and am then forced to go without one while they assess this one. I just cancelled 2 other orders - I have no choice but to keep the damaged fridge now. Will be buying elsewhere from now on which is sad because usually it's a good experience.
I dealt with Cynthia and she was very professional and efficient. I never have to worry with One Plan because they are always on top of their service delivery and communicate every step of the way. Thanks Cynthia for the excellent service.
I ordered an item and it said shipped with a tracking number, I emailed them and they told me to contact the seller on a mobile number. I have no address or landline number for Zasttra or the supposed suppliers Allonnet, only a mobile number which is already shady. They told me that COVID delayed the order and I told them to refund. They say it takes 7 days but I suspect I will need to take this further. The item was shown as available and shipped. Don't use this site, its shady for sure. Hopefully I get my refund, let's see.
I have also just found out that I have to use their approved dental providers and this was never communicated!!! I am waiting for a reply but I want my money back - reporting them to the ombudsman as well.
My UIFFiling account is locked, I need help to unlock it so I can file for UIF. I cannot get hold of anyone on the phone and noone replies to my emails. This is ridiculous. Can someone please assist me urgently.
