Bad service, you should see their property in Mamelodi old and expensive. I moved out not they don't want to pay me my deposit, their agent who is a **** **** to saved himself which is what he is known for, all I want is my money.
I'm a new customer, the place I moved into has a Vuma fibre, I found an agent to help me he first registered me under a wrong address after 2 days told me he made a mistake, he rectified it sent me a ref number to make payment. After paying my WiFi doesn't work. I logged a call for a connection since I have a router and no plug. They said a technician will come they gave me 72 hours to resolve this, after 72 hours I asked they gave me another 72 hour for escalation. But I paid I should be enjoying my WiFi but no I have to wait again. What sick service is this?
I bought a R75 airtime on the 28th of September to this date I haven't received my airtime. I bought it using vodapay I talked to a very helpfu consultant f vodapay and purchase was successful on their side. She tried to call telkom as I also tried couldn't get through a human being. I need my airte paid into my Telkom account. I contacted them via Facebook and Twitter, a machine answered with no help.
<p>Hi, So I bought chocolate slap from Discount Foods, obly to discover that it has expired n I laso bought for my Friend. The following day I took it back but my Friend had already eaten it. I went there n demanded my money back they refused to give me money for two because my friend had already eaten hers, I asked why they selling expired products they said (Manager in Midrand) I must check before I buy, that didnt seat well with me. Who must check before selling or buying? Customers health is not important to this manager the only goal is to make money. Their customer service is the worst.</p>
