The delivery was spot on time and was performed quite professionally. Thank you.
We placed a substantial order for HealthWise products on their internet portal. When the payment particulars came through, the value escalated 3 times. We immediately contacted them through their info address to request a reversal but we did not even receive an acknowledgement of our complaint.
Impossible to reach any live person to answer queries. They have three e-mail addresses and a Whatsapp facility, all "manned" by BOTs. The BOTs send out programmed messages listing the 3 e-mail addresses and so does the whatsapp. These are all "no-reply" messages, and so the cycle starts all over again.
Unauthorised deductions from my bank account have been reported several times in the past, only to re-appear a few months later. Promises to phone me back never materialised.
I've been trying, unsuccessfully, to reach Elite Mobile by email and phone, to complain about a monthly deduction of R229 for which I never subscribed or received any item/service. My bank cannot stop the deductions, other than by closing my bank account. This is not an option due to the inconvenience of renewing all my other beneficiaries.
I bought an inverter kit some two weeks ago and put it to work immediately after charging the battery. However, after one and a half hours of operation it suddenly stopped working. At that stage I had only a flat screen TV (70watt) and a DStv decoder in operation, therefore not overloading the system. All efforts to resolve the issue were referred to their technician, Muhammed, who asked for all the relevant info and a video. Since then, the problem was escalated to "Admin" and no further reaction received, despite several whatsapp reminders from my side.
I have tried every possible way to contact Mweb to stop debit orders for a service I do no longer require. Their phone rings once and then goes dead and their on-line service does not work beyond the point of selecting "1".
#30in30 I wish to congratulate Babysoft toilet paper for adding a bit of fresh air to their TV adverti*****ts. At the time when we are watching TV all day during the lockdown, we get sick from watching old stale ads over and over again. Babysoft dressed their previous puppy dog ads in a new dress and it stands out among other over-used adverti*****ts
#30in30. I wish to thank Pick 'n Pay in Canal Walk for allowing only the elderly to shop from 07h00 to 08h00 on Wednesdays.
