I've been calling practice after practice looking for a Gynecologist that accepts Umvuzo. I've been unable to find one. Umvuzo is al of no help because they don't have a list of Gynecologists that accepts them. This is so frustrating...
I decided to change medical aid to Umvuzo. I'm starting to think that this was my biggest regret. I app**** through my company for effective 01 January 2026. To this day we haven't heard from Umvuzo. I'm so scared that I will be starting the new year without medical aid cover.
I called Cell C last week regarding an outstanding amount on account 427862690. I paid the amount the Consultant gave me. Now I see there is another amount of R70 outstanding? I paid the amount that showed on my account, why must I pay again? The Consultant I talked with yesterday was just useless and were unable to answer my questions... Please advise.
I took out a contract on a Samsung Galaxy A56 because it was on special. We concluded the contract. The price apperently changed the following day. You then decided to give me a A36 which I didn't ask for. Why didn't you call me to inform me about the price change. Why can't I get the A56 on the price that was at the time. My contract was concluded before the price increase.
The billing on my account is incorrect. I made a payment on 04 January 2025 and it still shows I have a outstanding balance. I have talked with so many people and no one is able to help me. Today I spoke with two ladies, both could not assist me but I was phoning the billing department.... ***********. I'm so frustrated because I don't have internet and I need to work. You were very quick to harras me seeing that my account was in arrears. Now that I have paid up my account I'm having difficulty getting my paid up letter. Please can you forward my paid up letter so that I can close my account with HomeChoice. I have send emails and phoned but no feedback. How difficult is it to print a paid up letter? Please advise.
You contacted me earlier in the week confirming you have my HomeChoice parcel. We made arrangements that you will deliver on Friday but no delivery. I'm leaving my delivery address on Tuesday. Maybe without my parcel even. What's the hold up?
I placed an order with HomeChoice and on 20 December it was despatched. I received a sms that my order will be delivered within 24 hours. Up on today i have not received my parcel. Next week I'm leaving the delivery address on package. What is the hold up with the delivery?
Good Day, I just need to review your driver Mogamat. I phoned your Customer Service to enquire about a delivery that was out for me. They could not assist me with any. They did not even try to go the extra mile to assist me. So I decided to contact a number that delivered a parcel for me on Sunday, 10 February. Mogamat told me that he does not have my package yet but he will find out where the package is. He always kept me informed. Mogamat told me that he is going to fetch my package for. Last night I received a sms that my order would be delivered today, and 09h00 I had my package in my hands. Thank you so much Mogamat for going the extra mile. Much Appreciated
