My vehicle was financed by Absa and I paid the settlement amount. My account was debited for the monthly debit order. There's a remaining amount that needs to be refunded back to me. I have been calling with no assistance. If you have an option dont use absa to finance your car. What a nightmare, I hate this company with everything in me
This is the worst financial institution. They are going to **** all of us soon. I have settled my personal loan and still told they want proof payment after they acknowledged that money was received, I have been asking for my money back for the amount debited after I settled my loan
I signed up in 2018 never claimed, I paid my premiums until recently when I couldnt. Now I have an issue and they cant assist me. All these years paying without fail and when I need them the most ,I'm told to pay my premiums first. I will cancel my membership
This company is a ****, I took out a life insurance with them, I never went for medical test, they debited my account. I canceled before 30days after taking the policy, I did a cancelation. I never received my refund.
Woolworth has changed the vouchers to loyalty points. They have introduced a cash reward but never received anything. They have a game we play weekly but have never won anything substantial, instead we get voucher but only if you spend money at the store with certain products. I would like to know which ethnic groups wins. I have spent so much money at woolies, i am part of VIP but was never rewarded for anything. Woolworth will decline and start losing customers. They will end up being a supermarket selling only foods.
I canceled my Rain account. I explained to them it's not working and even the month I started with them I experienced poor signals. We complain as customers but nothing has been done. They keep on trying to debit my account and I refuse to pay it. I returned the useless router on the 3rd of June and call center agents can see on system. Why must I always deal with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I canceled my Rain wifi and returned the router at their outlet. Daily I receive notification for payment. I called the call centre and everytime they tell me my account will be credited. I struggled the entire month with no signal. Before signing up I asked them if my area has is closer to the tower ,because they want money they **** to me. Never trust Rain consultants. My Iphone was ****** on 29 05 2025. I immediately alert the security guards. It took them 2hours to get back to me. They can see the person who stole my phone but they can't show me due to POPI act. ********s are protected by the store. Customer are not safe. Shop at your own risk at Dischem Retail crossing
Bad service from the admin lady. The attitude towards customers is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. I came in to confirm my appointment and the lady is already irritated. They refused to give me an invoice for my claim.
I bought stationery online and some of the items were missing. I immediately called them and I was not assisted. This is not for thr first time. We can't pay for items and not receive them. Poor service from Makro
