Bad service from vox telecom
I have applied for fiber installation over 3 weeks ago and vox has not responded in coming to install my fiber line. This is terrible service my mother is reliant on a fast internet connection to connect to her diabetic and kidney monitors we this to be sorted out immediately. unsatisfied service
i purchased a contract sim card from north gate vodacom branch in order to do a sim swap and they charged me R106 and did not help me to do the sim swap then when i phoned customer care they wouldn't help me at all this is unacceptable and i want assistance

refusing to pay provident fund
<p> My son worked at dial a bed northgate branch for nearly 9 months they told him in his last month there that they were over paying him and that they are taking thier money back (even when they pay such a low basic of 2500 in a branch that doesnt write enough business ). My son refused to work there any longer because they were just going to take his money every month. On top of that now they refuse to pay him his provident fund witch BY LAW! Is due to him.</p>
