The 15 April 2026 i went to buy clothes at the store, The-Fix at Chrishani Mall at 16:42 for my self. Upon paying time at the till the network for paying was slow. The lady by LERATO who i assume is the manager was brutally rude and insulting to me, she ordered the cashier who was helping me'Tlhabanela' to cancel my transaction as it taking time for other customers behind me, while the other Till was closed not being used, when I asked her why my transaction has to be canceled because of network, am the customer too l, who came first, she said I will have to wait, or do what ever I want and she doesn't care as she is used being reported by us unless customers. She was insulting and shouting me at the Till point in front of other customers without care. Please if you can, check the CC cameras at the time I have mentioned above. Lerato need to be call in order we can't be complaining about her all of us at Christmas Hani Mall Please please
They have introduced the new meter box last month, that's not the problem but now this new meter box refuses to accept units number which I bought, since the 4th of November. Am very angry and frustrated because I have been call all the numbers of eskom from the website with no luck and going to eskom office we are told that the van is not available. Oldmutul is so useless and they don't know how to effectively help the client. I submitted a claim on the 23 October 2024 of two-pot, they said the turn around is 30 days. Till now no help, when I call they are telling me about investigation
