The 15 April 2026 i went to buy clothes at the store, The-Fix at Chrishani Mall at 16:42 for my self. Upon paying time at the till the network for paying was slow. The lady by LERATO who i assume is the manager was brutally rude and insulting to me, she ordered the cashier who was helping me'Tlhabanela' to cancel my transaction as it taking time for other customers behind me, while the other Till was closed not being used, when I asked her why my transaction has to be canceled because of network, am the customer too l, who came first, she said I will have to wait, or do what ever I want and she doesn't care as she is used being reported by us unless customers. She was insulting and shouting me at the Till point in front of other customers without care. Please if you can, check the CC cameras at the time I have mentioned above. Lerato need to be call in order we can't be complaining about her all of us at Christmas Hani Mall Please please

My mom went to do a card replacement at Fix store chris hani mall where she was refused help because she lost her smart card as well.What she had was a her old green book with her ****en surname so she brought her marriage certificate to prove it's her but they refused to help her.She asked for the manager and the most rudest lady called "Nhlanhla" answered them whilst sitting down unbothered and had remarks like "you've come to brag with a marriage certificate?does it have a barcode to be scanned? is that a way to talk to customers ? she asked her to call her superiors and she refused stating that she must go use her own airtime she'd not let her call the head office.She walked away and mom decided she just wants to pay her account and leave ,that was also a struggle after the manager had remarks while talking to the cashier (thobane) which also said if she wants she won't help her pay .The service is Shocking

Morning!I went to the fix menlyn Park onthe second of June to pay my account using my id and the following day I was told that I didn't pay my account.i called their customer service and they advised me to go back to the store which I did.today as I'm typing this the matter is not being resolved and I'm still getting those messages and when I try to send email I keep same replying that they're still fixing the matter.im concern because this reflect bad in my credit score and everyday I'm told that they logged the complain on the date I'm making follow up.the consultant that I spoke to over the phone also said that the extra charges will be made if this matter is not resolved before the 12th.i really fail to understand that because they should look at proof of payment that I made a payment before that.please assist .On their system they say I have 2 accounts in 1 store and that is also wrong.

I just had a bad experience at the fix today. My sister wanted claim for a phone she lost. The cashiers were so rude and unhelpful . This bad experience was at the prominade store in cape town . These were 2 pregnant ladies one being African and the other one coloured . I have never experience such bad customer before and these cashiers need to be trainee on how to treat people. The cahsier

I have been treated poorly by the manager and employee they have been exceptionally rude on more than one account of me being in the store ,ridiculing and making fun of me and my companions and when I was returning an item of clothing because of incorrect size the manager said "what do you want us to do with the fact that I am returning a dress" and proceeded to ask my sister what she was looking at. Another incident she asked one of her male employees to follow me around the store recently my sister took photos of the staff to complain because they dont wear name badges thats where the manager got a security guard of hemingways mall to escourt us out of the fix we have taken up the matter with the management of hemingways mall I got an email back blaming me and stating that I have insulted the staff of the fix and that the security guard corroborated they false claims about me as the customer although the security guard had been called once the incident had taken place. I have been treated like a common criminal and victimized for exercising my right to complain.I don't think I will be returning to the fix hemingways the treatment has been beyond disgusting.

<p>I went in this morning at 9 am to take in my Mac that sudddenly didnt want to switch on. I was welcomed by the most friendliest two ladies that helped me to book in my PC. The friendly service guy met me and i told him the serioness of how quickly i need it back because of bussiness purposes. He told me he will do his best and try do it quick. At first i didnt believe that because service now a days suck in Jhb. But i was proved wrong and within 2 hours they caled me tell my Pc is ready for collection. Many thanks to him. Well done to the whole team at We Fix Woodmead. You guys were outstanding and keep on shining.</p>
