Good day Tsogo Sun gaming app advertising is a **** and misleading to clients! It states that you receive a whopping 100% match bonus upon first deposit. Luring clients to deposit money and then thereafter telling clients only when you wager up to 20 times then can you receive it. That is total bull**** with false advertising. If taken up to the gambling authorities it is clearly ******** to lure clients and technically lie to them about a 100% match bonus upon first deposit. Other online platforms, when they advertise this they actually give you the 100% deposit. Why is Tsogo gaming misleading clients? I want feedback on this.
I had an easy quick claims process with Sicelo Maseko. A very well done on his service, and just handling my claim. He called me, kept me updated and when he said that everything will be finalised he kept to his word and delivered. An effortless process once again! Thank you. He deserves a promotion!!
I am so frustrated and tired with the pathetic customer service from liberty! You pay premiums every month but when it’s your turn for help then no one can help. I mean it’s almost 2 years since I put in a claim with liberty but till now I’m getting no joy! It’s the worst company I’ve dealt with!!!!
I am writing this review in utter disappointment and pathetic customer service. I have put in a claim in 2022 regarding critical illness, it’s now almost 3 years later and there’s absolutely no sense of urgency in finalising this. The last I heard was from Caroline Khumalo stating that the claim has been finalised but since then absolutely nothing. I keep waiting for the assessor Kamogelo to call me and it never happens. I’ve put it numerous requests as urgent but still receive no joy.
I’m so damn fed up with FNB pathetic customer service. It’s been over one week and we still in the same boat going from pillar to post and no one is still able to help us. Absolutely disgusting service!!!! The banker is still of no use, no one can assist or do anything! How can this be possible! Am I supposed to go the media or just barge into head office and throw my toys out the cot??? This is absolutely pathetic!!! It’s like we running around like headless chickens and no one can give us answers. ****test bank and service! I can’t believe this pathetic useless service from every single person that we have dealt with!!!!!!
FNB such a renowned bank with absolutely pathetic service! Their bankers are useless when it comes to assisting their clients. We have a business account with FNB and the account has been put on hold. Nobody seems to know exactly what is going on and as for the banker she’s just as hopeless because she has no urge to assist or is not helpful at all. Everytime we call we get put on hold and then cut off. It’s happened over 20 times since Monday afternoon!! I am so fed up because this is absolutely pathetic from FNB. I’m so frustrated right now and I feel as a customer it’s worthless being with this bank!!! It’s absolutely frustrating!!! The account is on hold! There’s no money, my business is at a standstill and nobody seems to give a damn! I don’t have any funds currently of which we have been explaining to the banker and the call centre staff but everytime it’s been escalated for urgent response but clearly nothing seems urgent enough! I’m waiting for a call from Daphne in the credit analyst since yesterday morning. Still nothing. They say within 24 hours we will have an answer and now it’s more than 48 hours!
I am so frustrated, I have downgraded my line to a 70, 50 MB line, I don't know what happened, I can't even have a work call. Every time I do a line test or speed test it's 20 MB or less. I mean I am paying for a service and I've called in about 5 times and no one can help nor does anyone care. I've been with mweb over 3 years and I think it's about time I cancel this because I'm so annoyed and they just don't care or bother to have the speed and internet fixed.
After 2 complaints and no call backs or responses from Liberty. I really don't know what they take clients to be? Idiots? I'm utterly annoyed and frustrated!
I am absolutely disgusted eith Liberty service. To debit your monthly premium every month it's not an issue. If your debit order is late or whatever the situation is, they will call 100 times. But when you submit a claim and require payout from their side after a million doctor visits, blood tests and a letter from a specialist.. all done.. but its 6 months and my claim is dragging. Nobody calls and updates you! I'm actually frustrated now! 😖 like I've had it... I have so many policies with liberty and clearly feel like moving them all. I mean they don't put their clients first and prioritize! I am absolutely frustrated and ****ed! I don't know when this will be sorted!
Absolutely pathetic service! It's been 4 months since I've lodged a dread disease claim and liberty just keeps taking your monthly premiums but help in noway of paying out upon a valid claiim.. its pillar yo post with them! Totally frustrating. The consultant Caroline Khumalo said she is waiting for reports from the dr..
