You still saying 14 Spruyt Street, Parkdene, Boksburg is managed by another service provider which was vox but the previous tenants cancelled, I have their cancellation confirmation from VOX. I applied for fiber in my area where WebAfrica's website indicated I do have coverage. I completed my debit order details and the installation and admin fees was deducted from my bank account on the 22nd of August. This morning I requested an update from the whatsapp chatbot and it indicated order placed with TT Connect, at 13h55 I received an update that states,"Oops an error occurred invoices are still unpaid, please pay the invoices before the order can be placed" I have spent up to 3 hours "chatting" with 3 useless individuals to no avail...nobody can tell me whats going on. Please contact me and resolve the matter. You guys are taking money but not delivering a service. I e-mailed you guys as well at [email protected] which the e-mail just returned"This email is no longer in service". What the hell kind of circus are you fuys running and calling a business?

I ordered a medium box package kit from boxes online, paid expensively for shipping, the terms was 2 -3 days for delivery. I have not received my package, after 2 days I inquired and the agent said that it was accidentally rerouted to Cape Town, I am based in Klerksdorp! How the hell do you guys get that wrong! Please inform me about the package. I need the boxes by the 20th of July, if not I WILL cancel this order. I think you guys are a scam.
A while back CAMAF changed their requirement of the network memberships for members to include nominated GP's. I missed the deadline to submit the names due to work commitments and Camaf applied the latest network GP's used. My dependent is correct but mine is not, I sent a mail on the 14th of January to update mine, I received an e-mail stating and confirming its updated. Today the 25th of March I went to the pharmacy to collect my medicines and they said that the prescribing doctor is not nominated. How can this be when CAMAF sent me a confirmation e-mail? Is CAMAF the Chartered Accountant Medical Aid really this incompetent? I need my medicine but no, CAMAF wont pay AFTER THEY CONFIRMED IT HAS BEEN CHANGED. I was in an accident with my vehicle on the 3rd of February 2018, I followed all of the procedures set out by budget insurance, the claim was only finalized on the 28th of February. The car was immediately towed to the panelbeaters after the accident on the 3rd of February 2018 where they were the panelbeaters that will repair the car as well. Till to date I have not received my car as the supplier in germany is out of stock on some parts and the panelbeaters indicated that the supplier may have stock only in May 2018...this is unacceptable, I should just pay premiums on a car that the insurer does not have risk? I understand its no ones fault that the supplier is out of stock but this should have been taken into account during assessment of the damage to the vehicle. I spoke to budget today the 9th of April 2018 and they were not aware of anything until I contacted them, during the conversation I heard the lady reading "Repairs will be done within two weeks" I overheard her reading this and this was not communicated directly to me. Budget Insurance please get back to me a.s.a.p about how we are going to rectify this issue as I can not wait another 2 months for my vehicle to be repaired.
This is with regards to an Upgrade performed on the following MTN number ( ********** ) this is 1 of my 4 contracts with MTN. I did the upgrade over the phone, the consultant who assisted me was Ellen Magagula (Very Pleasantly Assisted), the upgrade was performed on the 21st of December 2017, I received the phone on the 3rd of January 2018. The device was faulty, I had to return the phone I contacted Ellen Magagula and she was very helpful, it turned out I had to to return the device to an MTN direct shop, the nearest one was 120km from me, Ellen Magagula told me she would arrange a courier but it will take a while, I decided I can not wait and I drove to the MTN direct shop and returned the phone on the 6th of January. No communication was made to me since then, there is a 7day out of box failure warranty...what use is this if the phone is still not replaced until today the 13th of January, My employment requires me to travel, I am leaving on the 14th of January and will only be returning the 2nd of February. I will not be paying the subscription of the device until I receive the phone, MTN must credit my account with the value, I don't mind paying the other fees for the contract. If I do not receive the phone by the 19th of January I will request to cancel the contract as MTN did not comply with the contractual agreements. This is within my rights. I ask that MTN please phone me to inform me what is going on, Please contact me on ********** . Thus far I would just like to thank Ellen Magagula the employee who assisted me thus far for the assistance received.

I have applied 2 times online for an upgrade, reference numbers :</p> <p> ********** 2</p> <p> ********** 7</p> <p>No responses have been received up to date....which is 2 weeks later.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today the 23rd of May 2017 I went into the shop in Lichtenburg to upgrade my contract, after about 5 mins, someone came from the back and accidentally saw me and asked How can she assist, I said I want to upgrade, and she referred me to a guy named Sammy sitting behind his desk at the back. As I approached him after the lady introduced me he said he will assist now, he was throwing away documents and typing on his computer, after about 5 minutes he stood up and grabbed his phone where he opened his whatsapps and started typing, I asked if he is going to assist me soon and he just looked at me, I turned around and exited the shop.</p> <p> </p> <p>How low standard service can you get? The guy is whatsapping in front of Customers and his name badge indicated he was Sammy. I am furious, and I expect MTN to call me to rectify this low standard service.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is in contravention of the contract I signed as I was planned for an upgrade within the statutes of the contract, failing to do so from the parties involved indicates a breach of contract and no matter how you try to interpret the situation the consumer act applies here. I can cancel my subscription and any liabilities I still have towards MTN falls away. Let your legal team read up on this!!!</p>
