On 1 February 2022, I was ****med via my cellphone number, possibly by a former MTN employee. At that time, I provided an police affidavit along with all necessary documents to MTN. By 17 November 2022, MTN's ***** Department had addressed and closed the issue, and my account was credited. I have the email to prove this. Now, three years later, I'm facing constant harassment from Nu Debt Management. They call me repeatedly, demanding payment and asking for my ID number, banking information, and other personal details. When I refuse, they yell and hang up. I’ve even been told they’ll “keep calling until I pay,” which feels threatening. I also receive SMSs from them riddled with spelling errors, varied payment methods or links, and different contact numbers. If this harassment continues, I’m prepared to take legal action. I need this addressed ASAP and the matter resolved. It's been nearly four years.

After submitting an affidavit and the required documents, I finally got a message in November 2022 saying the account was closed and credited. Jump to March 2025, and I'm suddenly getting texts and calls from MTN's debt collectors, claiming I owe over R6000 and have been handed over to them. They're asking for personal information that I'm not comfortable giving, especially after being ****med by someone posing as MTN before. I haven’t used this number since February 2022. Now I'm being treated like a ******** over this 'outstanding debt.' There’s no effective way to talk to MTN about it. They don’t respond to 4 email sent to the legal team, don’t answer calls, or if they do, the person on the line can't help or has a bad attitude. I hope someone from MTN can reach out to me now. I refuse to be held liable for a **** from three years ago. This is why I'm not with MTN anymore—they’ve been the worst company I've dealt with.

This Medical Scheme doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. I having been struggling since August 2018 with getting the right information out of them. First cancelling the my membership thereafter they had still deducted the monthly premium which I contacted them about and requested to reserve it from there side. Then they send me a letter to say that I still owe them a months contribution which I had cancelled and they had already sent back my money. I requested someone to contact me in November when I received the first request of money's not paid apparently, and nothing!!! Now almost 5 months down the line, they send me another email saying I owe them money. Such sharks! NEVER use them and they PAY for nothing. Worst experience I have had with a call centre as well.
<p>I had the worst experience of my life at the Tosca Hairsalon in Tygervalley centre. Neil the hairdresser ignored all of my concerns and requests when cutting my hair. Proceeding to cut my neck with the clippers leaving a cut on the back of my neck. I told him 3 times that I am very concerned as he just keeps cutting my hair shorter and is making a style that I really don't like! He just told me 'I don't care if you are angry with me because I am with your hair' Absolutely unexcusable! Not even am apology for not following your clients needs! </p> <p> </p> <p>I even e-mailed the salon themselves and I still haven't had any response!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never go there again, and would urge all other people to avoid Neil at all cost! </p>
