Real bad service from Secunda branch
My previous review was removed. Lets try again. We paid a deposit of R6800. We where evicted after the agent had a personal vandetta against myself. So they kept R3800. They charged us R800 for a doorknob (that actually cost R15)that was not there in the first place. We reported this to the 'principal' but to no avail....the 'principal did not do her work as she was suppose to investigate this poor service. Uniprop Secunda gave us real bad service. They have no client relations. Beware when dealing with them. Highly unprofessional. Bad service, worst ever!!!!!

Poorest service ever!!!!!!!
Absolutely POOR!!!!!!!! Do not ever use this company to courier your packages!!!! I had a package send to me more than a month ago!!!!! When we phone the head office they just keep us on hold!!!! The package is gone and ARAMAX cannot give us any answers!!!!!!!!!!!

POOREST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
<p>I changed my adress with Nedbank almost 5 months ago. If i print statements it still shows the old adress. after complaining about this to customer services, NO ONE CAN GIVE ME ANSWERS!!!!!!!</p> <p>NO ONE CAN CHANGE IT!!!!! SERIOUSLY?????????? ITS JUST A CHANGE IN ADRESS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

TOM TOM GPS IS THE WORST EVER !!!! DO NOT BUY ONE
<p>Your product is up to ****!!!! I bought a GPS and never in my life have i struggled with a gps like this one. going in for the second time for repairs in one year!!!!!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER BUY A TOM TOM AGAIN</p>

Worst Customer service in the Country
<p>There are absolutely NO customer service at Hi Fi CORP N1 city. The manager looks as if she had crawl out from the washing bin!!! un neat!!! We bought a tom tom GPS one year ago and for the second time this gps was faulty. The manager could't even greet us! NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER BUY ANYTHING AT HIFI CORP. I will post on every social media page I belong to about this! I could understand the situation but understand my side aswell. I moved from inland to cape town and I need a gps. She had no non whatsoever compassion. She smerkly said: " you are not the only customer and walked off while my wife was still busy talking to her. Your customer service line isnt even working???? really seriously??? Last year I spended over 30 000 there. will never in my life ever buy at hifi corp!!!!!</p>
