Although I ultimately didn't purchase the car, my experience dealing with Ian H. was superb. His attention to detail and excellent communication skills truly sets him apart. I felt he genuinely had my best interest in mind. Highly recommend!
Had high hopes for their platform. Unfortunately, it seems like your current balance seems to "conveniently" be withheld (or slowed to update) while one is playing. A tactic used to have someone play blindly. Not great guys.... :(
Excellent customer service. Device received exceptionally quick and exceeded expectation on the condition of the device.
My wife and I Pre-ordered the Samsung s22 plus in February. We still have haven't received my phone. None of the online agents can give me an estimation on when stock will arrive. I'm considering moving to another network because of this after almost 10 years of being with Telkom. By the time the phone arrives Samsung would probably not have stock of the buds anymore. Not happy at all with the telephonic and online application process.

I've taken up a 2 year contract for the uncapped deal. Since the 25th of January my internet has been intermittently down. 3 Technicians were sent out to resolve the problem, yet still its persists. At he moment I have no internet for the passed 3 days . My landline phone is experiencing the same problem. I can't make or receive calls. When signing up to a contract of this nature a certain Service Level Agreement is agreed upon and at the moment there is no service delivery. I have numerous reference numbers, with the latest being 162CEK060218. Each call I make to the call center is costing as my landline is down. I'm highly upset and disappointed with the service that's being delivered to me.
I've been trying to contact the MTN cancellations department to no avail. You are transferred to the cancellations department and will literally wait for an hour and still no help. I've emailed the cancellation request as well and still have not received a response. Very unhappy with the service rendered by MTN. Easy to open a contract but when the term comes to an end it seems virtually impossible to cancel.

Waited for close to an hour to speak to a consultant but to no avail. </p> <p> </p> <p>Very dissapointed in Telkom Mobile as I have recommended many of my friends and family to switch over to their network...</p>
