My car was took in this workshop referred by First for woman warranty Insurance, the problem of the car was the clutch of which they claimed to fix and they claimed successfully my warranty insurance, I also gave them a go ahead to also do a year service of the car, on the 19th of December 2025 when I collected the car, it started to give me more problems, it showed the engine light, it didn't have power, wheel bearing of the left wheel was worn out and JV joint, I tried to contact them and they told me I must take the car to Petermaritzburg and I couldn't because I am residing in JHB, i then asked them if they can find a branch where I can take the car in jhb they said they don't have. Furthermore I contacted the first for woman warranty insurance department to put a compliant about what happened to my car. And they have never came back to me.
It was easy to get hold of the consultant, and to lodge the claim
The rendering a very poor service, i have been on the cue for 2 and half hour with no help..they seem not to care for their customers..the cue is very long with only 3 consultants. I am not happy at all about their service.
<p>I have a 24 month cellphone contract with Autopage which was transfered to Glocell a few months ago. My phone stopped working just about 2 month having been swithed over to Glocell. I took it to the Glocell store in Newtown. I handed it in to guy by the name of Jimmy who initially would not help me demanding original invoice which I asked what the monthly invoice was for. None the less he took it and promised he would push for it to be repaired. I have been in contact with him at least once in two week for feedback and in the end I demanded my phone back because I could not even get a reference number. What is even more painfull is I have been paying for a phone that I cannot even use???? I have my phone back unrepaired after four ****** months that it was supposadly booked in. So why the hell must I continue paying for non existant service.I find it very funny how we get so many sales calls a day and always end up in this mess!!!!!!!</p>
