Omninela is a *****ulent Company - Avoid
Absolute **** company. Bought something in Dec - R2500 promised max 5 days delivery. Nothing - no response to queries, just silence. No contact number. Just pure theft.

Pastel went from First to Last when going over to Sage.
Since Sage bought out Pastel, it is now one of the worst companies to deal with. I currently run Pastel Partner and Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional. About 18 months ago I had a look at Sage One Accounting and Sage One Payroll. What a disaster. I warn you ..... do NOT get onto any database of SAGE ONE. It is literally impossible to get them to stop billing you. Worse still, it is difficult to get off their email list and your account and phone is forever linked to Sage One. If I need to call support or accounting, I will always get put through their automatic routing to the Sage One department to be told they only deal with Sage One and I have to wait again while the route the call to where I wanted to go in the first place. One thing I can tell you for sure, is the different Sage Products are actually totally different companies and have absolutely no communication between each other.

From best to worst in a few years.
I have been a Sage (formerly Pastel) maintenance customer for nearly 20 years and I used to be so impressed with the support. Since Sage has taken over this company, it has gone from one with the best support to one of the worst. I can't believe Steve Cohen can be too proud of this bunch - if he is still involved. Their support is shambolic and practically non-existent: telephonic support is actually only there in name - impossible to get through to anyone. After many years of a mostly great association with this company, I fear the time has come for my business to move on to greener pastures.

Spam Emails
<p>I somehow got onto a mailing list (through Momentum or Multiply) for lastminute golf. (Emails headed: Your lastminutegolf with Momentum Team).</p> <p>But although having clicked the unsubscribe link and unsubscribed on at least 5 occasions, I keep getting these emails. This is very disappointing that Momentum does not allow one to unsubscribe and this is now spam. </p>

Professional, friendly, helpful
<p>We recently (16th June) moved some furniture up from South Coast to Jhb. We requested a few quotes and Key Moves was the most efficient and proactive in communicating with us. During the whole process they were always available to communicate, they were friendly and efficient. The actual movers who collected the goods on the day were very helpful and friendly. Basically, everything went like clockwork and I would definately recommend them and use them again.</p>

Nothing short of theft.
<p>Well here is my story about how Vodacom is stealing my money.</p> <p>I had a contract with Autopage that was transferred to Vodacom. At the time of transfer it was a month to month contract as the 24 Autopage contract was past 24 months. The contract had a device fee. The contract was renewed in Jan 2014 and I got confimration in writing from Autopage that March 2016 would be the last device fee payment.</p> <p>Vodacom continued to charge me this. I queried and got a reference S3-GVS2Q-QP1BX. Vodcom never came back to me at all, not 1 word, but closed the refernece on their system and charged me again. I cancelled my debit order and paid them EFT less the device fee. I again rasied the issue with accounts. Next month, same thing ... device charge.</p> <p>Whats more they have now blocked the line as it is in arrears. The also say I cannot cancel the contract because it is in arrears. Furthermore, I cannot cancel the data package, so they will keep give me data each month that I cannot use because it is block. So what they are saying, is the only way to get them to stop adding more charges to the account and let me convert to prepaid, is for me to pay them the money I dont owe them. Of course, once I do that, I dont have a hope in hell of ever getting a cent of that money back from this bunch of incompetent thieves.</p> <p> </p>
