I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. The cost of insuring my Izuzu was way too much for me. I contacted a few other companies but all of them were still too high. I contacted King Price and was super happy with them from my first contact with them until I agreed to sign up with them. I saved more than R700 per month with them.
I have been with Outsurance for a long time now and whenever I submitted a claim, it was always handled swiftly and efficiently. The consultants are always friendly and extremely helpful. Outsurance never looks for loopholes not to honor a claim.
WOW, I signed up with Netflix last night and 5mins later I could browse through their movie catalog. Great service.
This will be my 3rd review about the horrific customer care of Supersonic. On 08 May I was cut off from fiber connection. I've tried numerous times to get reconnected. Used up a huge amount of airtime to phone. Out of desperation I wrote a review on Hello Peter about the bad service of Supersonic on 19 May and again on 22 May. Sandra promised me both times that someone will contact me to sort out my problem but nothing happened. I even made a voucher payment as requested. I asked Mariska Swabey, Firoza Gaffoor and Clara Mochaki in an email to help me but they ignored me. Then at last Dakalo Makhado made a serious attempt to help me but still with no luck (the number she called me from doesn't work). Sandra, if you really care about your customers please give me a personal call on 0836233358 or ask Dakalo Makhado to contact me. Don't tell me someone will call me, they don't. I reported the bad service I received from Supersonic previously. Sandra promised me someone will call me back, as yet I'm still waiting for their call. The response from Sandra was: "Sorry to see that you have been battling to get assistance from us. I have escalated your issue and you will be contacted shortly to ensure that it is resolved. Regards, Sandra" I did receive e-mail correspondence from Clara Mochaki regarding my account and what I should do. But it seems that I'm being billed for May but my services was stopped on 08 May 2020. I emailed my response back to Clara but no response. 14 days later I'm still without Internet. On 28 April I received an email with my account details. I responded to the email with my banking details requesting that monthly deductions must be made. On 8 May 2020 I noticed I had no Internet connection. I contacted Supersonic various times to re-connect me. They said they will send me a link which will assist me to re-connect. I'm still waiting for the link which will connect me up. Thus far the simple solution to connect me up has not materialised. They are so far the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with.

I put in a claim resently and less than 24hours after receiving my documentation my claim was settled. I've been with Outsurance for many years and other insurance companies aren't an option for me.
My wife and I went on our 26th anniversary celebration holiday and decided to book through Breakfree Holidays. The staff was friendly and very efficient and always responded promptly to any queries we had. We booked a place in Sedgefield called Eagles Rest. What a stunning beautiful place it is. Beautiful garden and a few meters away from the sea. The place is clean and nicely decorated. I would highly recommend Eagles Rest if it's peace and quietness you looking for. As for booking through Breafree Holidays I would highly recommend them as your booking agent of choice. Efficient and friendly staff two of the key factors why I recommend them.
<p>My garage was broken in and power tool, camping equipment etc was stolen. I discovered the theft on Sunday and reported it on Monday morning. I was helped by Desorine Bedwell who was very helpful and friendly. I was kept in the loop the whole time. I was pleasantly surprised when she notified me a day after I reported the theft that my claim was settled. I would definitely recommend Outsurance.</p>
