Good day I received the worst customer service ever from Mr Jerry (sales exec) I had an approved deal whereby the vehicle is at the Wonderboom brand. He stalled the deal because I refused the delivery to happen at Groblesdal as the car is already in Pretoria where I am based. To top is up I incurred costs as I had to go fetch the trading car from Bloemfontein and back only to realize that the car is sold. He is unprofessional and *********. I regret that I was assisted by him.

This is the ****iest agency I have ever come across. I recently renewed my Lease at wonderpark estate 1406. I have been staying there since 2016, never skipped rent or made a late payment. The lease agreement states that It will commence on 26 October 2019 and was advised to make an EFT transfer for the month of September. To my surprise I made the payment via EFT and they debited as well for the same month, had to reverse the transaction now I am receiving messages that my credit record is adversely affected. The even increased my rent deposit without my knowledge or consent.
Best service and workmanship provided, Personally would like to thank Sandra for always keeping me abreast with the progress and her great communication and interpersonal s****s. She is an asset and must be treated like one. Thank you once more.
I have never been do frustrated and stressed in my life. When it comes to you collecting your premiums it's as quick as a lightning but when I really need help I get the **** that I got. How am I supposed to burry my grandmother with all the lies and deceit that I'm being offered?
I logged a request on friday and I was told that it will be escalated and a service required will be opened and feedback will be provided. Only to discover that the call center agent by the name of Zanele forgot to include my number and now they have to do it again. Isn't there a way to cancel a contract with this useless network provider?
