Pro-Xpools

Bought a chemical free filtration system from Marcelle and Simone` Hijbeek from Pro-Xpools 2 years ago. When asking Marcelle a few months after installation, why my pool floor is turning Yellow, he advised me that I need to shock it with chlorine... seeing as we were sold a "chemical free" system, We immediately asked him to remove the system and give our money back to which we were told lie after lie and promise after promise and eventually decided to take legal action against Pro-Xpools. Unfortuately we are still waiting..
