Pro-Xpools
Bought a chemical free filtration system from Marcelle and Simone` Hijbeek from Pro-Xpools 2 years ago. When asking Marcelle a few months after installation, why my pool floor is turning Yellow, he advised me that I need to shock it with chlorine... seeing as we were sold a "chemical free" system, We immediately asked him to remove the system and give our money back to which we were told lie after lie and promise after promise and eventually decided to take legal action against Pro-Xpools. Unfortuately we are still waiting..

I keep receiving calls looking For a woman by the name of Michelle Squire. Not only does homechoice call me 3-4 times a day,but As soon as they hear I am not her they just put the phone down in my ear!! Please stop calling me and get your staff to learn basic customer service!!!
