Beware- Pool Magic damages equipment to increase charges

Pool Magic Edenvale was called to service my pool sand filter and fix a small leak. Their poor workmanship caused a larger leak in another section. Pool Magic sent a person almost without tools or support to do the work. I had to lend him a pipe wrench, a saw, a small ***** driver and a brush, for him to be able to do the job. The problem was that the sand filter is too heavy for one person to move to reconnect the loose fittings (he loosen them to work on the filter) and he forced the connection to the point of loosening up other fittings. The resulting poor workmanship caused more leaks. They now want to charge me to fix the 6-way valve which they damaged. Clever trick. Do a bad job and expect the customer to pay extra to fix the damage. Do not trust Pool Magic Edenvale. Proof of Pool Magic Edenvale poor quality work is that they charge in advance, washing their hands if you complain. I trusted them and was caught by their scum. Beware the same thing does not happen to you.
