Polmed are playing with our health and finances
I am deeply aggrieved by our so called medical aid polmed they are really putting us in danger health wise and financially because they are saying we should pay for X rays i believe thats is wrong because we dont choose to go to x rays the doctor refers us for x rays because he or she genuinely sees a problem if they say pay for it without even giving us ample time to prepare what do they think. I feel they are selfish and self centered because they only looking out for their pockets. Now I have to pay for something that was supposed to be covered by them which is totally wrong before implementing things there should be sufficient time given to employees so information reaches them be careful ****mers are nt only outside but in companies we believe in.

26 May 2026, 16:37I cannot be paying money for an x-ray that the doctor prescribed because I have a chronic that you are well aware of secondly the doctor wanted to do a full medical check up to see what caused me to get the attacks that I was getting and that included x-ray of my chest now a full month after you avoid paying because you indicate that u told us by sms or email that you not sure that we got this is totally unacceptable really you are really risking with our lives literally financially and health wise. When changes are put into place you have to realize that its a process that needs time not just to throw things to as as if we not paying. Now the hospital is expecting payment from me.

27 May 2026, 19:07Polmed is really not treating us ok today I saw. i took my son to a pediatrician. The doctor indicated that its a very serious issue and he needed an x-ray to be done to determine what was the cause. He indicated to me that it might lead to an operation. I called Polmed and the lady something that didn't sit well with me she said Polmed will only pay for x-ray in life threatening situations. My question is how do they come to the conclusion that a situations is life threatening? my son not being able to go to toilet is not serious? My doctor was also shocked. I have a serious problem with this cause an x-ray is not something a doctor does for fun its a necessity in serious cause I literally had to make a plan because I want my son to be better gathered and amount of 1200 or a stomach x-ray which i believe its medical aids responsibility but they are adopting behavior of usless complies who put themselves first. Be careful guys polmed is pushing us forcefully to join Marine my question is how cause its like almost 4 times wat we paying. I am convinced that polmed doesn't appreciate us we just business for them

28 May 2026, 19:28It has not been resolved because I had to pay 1200 that I believe i must be refunded for you can not say its resolved while I had to make means to get that money so my son could be helped polmed is putting my child at risk and I can not take it lying down
