I'm not sure if these people are drop shipping from China or if it's a Chinese company acting like a local one. DO NOT support this company unless you are 100% sure about the item you have ordered, as you cannot return items. Honestly, You are better off ordering off TEMU, they stock the exact same products for a fraction of the price, and you can actually return them if you need to.

On 23 September 2025 I placed an order the evening. On the 24th I received a message saying it will be shipped from China and I am responsible for the import tax. Within minutes I respond to cancel my order as I was unaware it needs to be imported. After going back and forth for a few days I received a message on 29 September that my refund was processed and will take up to 15 business days to reflect. Today 17 October 2025 when i followed up I was told "sorry your refund is still processing"... It is 15 business days after they told me it is already processed!!!!

On 23 September 2025 I placed an order the evening. On the 24th I received a message saying it will be shipped from China and I am responsible for the import tax. Pleased that this company was able to source a strap for my HR Vivosmart watch at a price far more affordable than quoted by the manufacturer Even though it took longer than expected for my order to arrive it was well worth the wait Their level of service is exceptional Highly recommended
