Bad Customer Care Umhlanga PG Auto Glass
I am so upset I am in years PG Auto glass Umhlanga just cost me R1000. I had a confirmed appointment for 08h00 I then get an WhatsApp from yesterday after working hours confirming my appointment at 10h00. I had a psychologist appointment at that time which is why I asked for 08h00. I told PG Auto glass this and they are ignoring me and don't care. They only interested in wanting to know if I am coming in. So disappointed I am paying R1700 excess on this windscreen which means there prices are also ******ionate

I called the call centre to find out what the heck was happening is it 10, 9, 8??? What time is my appointment. The agent was so uneducated on his company he told me it takes 45 minutes to an hour to be done.
NOBODY is taking responsibility for my R1000 loss, no discount is being offered. I am being treated with a total lack of care by customer service!!
