Paxton Properties has delivered an extremely poor and unprofessional experience.
Alicia, who is responsible for my account, has been consistently unresponsive and does not return calls. Basic communication appears to be too much to expect. More concerning, she made a serious allegation that the attorney carried out an ******** transfer, yet refused to put this in writing when asked. Making unsubstantiated claims like this is not only irresponsible, it is completely unacceptable in a professional setting.
The administrative handling has been just as bad. The previous owner was billed after the property had already been transferred into my name—an error that should never happen if proper processes are in place. I have now been waiting over two weeks for a simple statement, with no update, no accountability, and no urgency.
This level of service is indefensible. It reflects a complete lack of professionalism, competence, and basic customer care. It is disappointing to see a company allow this standard of work to represent them, especially when there are clearly far more capable people who could manage these responsibilities properly.
