My father utilized the services of Pathcare while hospitalized . PathCare’s debt collection practices are extremely concerning. My father queried whether his account had been billed correctly to his medical aid and requested clarification before making payment. Instead of addressing the billing dispute, they flagged his account for handover to external debt collectors and warned of additional collection costs.
