WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

I am absolutely furious with the level of care my pets received here. I brought both of my rats in yesterday, clearly explaining that one of them was making a bubbling sound, sneezing, and struggling to breathe, all obvious signs that something was seriously wrong.

Despite me being visibly distressed and repeatedly insisting that this was not normal, the vet dismissed my concerns, claimed the lungs sounded “clear,” and simply gave an injection without properly addressing the issue. I made it very clear that I was not comfortable with that assessment, but I was not listened to.

Now, less than 24 hours later, my rat is still struggling and I’ve been desperately searching for another vet since 18:23 because the exact same symptoms are continuing. This could have been taken seriously from the start.

Paying for such careless, dismissive service is unacceptable. When an animal’s life is potentially at risk, the bare minimum should be listening to the owner and investigating properly - not brushing concerns off.

I would not recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone. My pet’s wellbeing has been jeopardised because a vet chose not to listen. I recommend a 0 star rating if I could.
