I rented a vehicle on the 22 Jan 2026 no extras was explain booked the vehicle and paid for it in full. After paid got a mail requesting a big deposit and must provide a credit card got hold of help centre they could not assit me. I did not use the service at all requesting a refund they company refused to refund me as they have all sorts of excuses not to mention I havnt even used the service they are a bunch of money ****mers with a very poor service delwould not recommend it at all

I cancelled my subscription about 5 months ago and still they stole my money from my account. I know had to cancel my credit card to stop them from accessing my bank. Thi is a a huge ****ming and *****ulent company. With *********** people that can't perform the simplest tasks.

It is impossible to communicate with Opodo. Under EU law they have to offer a contactable email address which they dont. Neither on the .com nor on the .de website. They offered my a discounted premium which they confirmed and deducted from my credit card. Now I received an email reminding me that my premium membership will auto renew in a few days for the full amount. There is NO way to communicate with them but the super expensive hotline in India where they speak 'English' nobody can understand. It's shocking and violates customer rights. I will escalate this to the authorities if they dont sort this out within the next days.

I was wrongly charged €119.99 for an Opodo Prime membership, even though I canceled within the trial period. In December, I booked flights for myself and my mother using two separate Prime trial accounts. In February, Opodo informed me that, since the same payment card was used, my membership was considered a duplicate. However, Opodo does not warn users about payment card restrictions when signing up, nor does it have a system in place to detect and notify users of this issue beforehand. Customer support ed that my mother’s membership was canceled, but mine was reactivated, leading to the charge on February 18, 2025. They claimed I was ineligible for a refund because I had previously used a Prime trial—something that was never clearly communicated when I signed up. I even offered to return the €42.89 discount I received in exchange for a refund, but Opodo refused. Opodo’s own terms and conditions state: 4.2. Right to Withdraw “You have a Withdrawal Period of 14 days from the beginning of the first Prime Term or, if applicable, from the beginning of the Trial Period, to withdraw from Prime without giving any reason. This right is separate from, and in addition to, your right to cancel set out in the ‘Cancellation’ section.” Despite following this policy and canceling within the required timeframe, Opodo has refused to provide any solution or refund. All written and verbal communication has denied my request, which is unfair and unacceptable. I am warning others to be cautious when signing up for an Opodo Prime trial. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate my complaint further. Suggested solution: I expected them to refund me as per their right to withdraw policy as they have been misleading.

I booked a flight with edream/opodo and paid for premium economy. When i received my ticket it showed 'economy'... It was extremely difficult to contact them. They use a robot and i could not speak to a real person. Then i got an email address from their UK operation and they constantly denied having given me an economy ticket whilst my bank a/c was debited for the highest price! . After many emails and their negative responses i cancelled the ticket and received the amount of the economy ticket less their 20% commission. My bank a/c was debited for the price of premium eco ticket but they constantly denied it. This shows a very dishonest company. Lots of promises but no support appart from their robots. A convenient way to avoid contact with clients.

Opodo is literally the middleman you don't need, who only costs you more and complicates your trip. We booked a flight on their platform and paid in full. We were instructed to download the Opodo App and wait for booking confirmation. The money went, the confirmation never came. After 48 hours, we cancelled and got our flights directly from the airline. We got our money back from Opodo, but they continued to send us emails asking us to wait for confirmation. TWO WEEKS later, they sent an email to say unfortunately they could not complete our booking (at that point, I had forgotten all about Opodo!), which shows just how useless they are. When I tried to send them feedback, they proved unreachable. Their website has no "contact us" link, and their Facebook page doesn't allow posts - of course not, the comments would surely ruin their business. They don't want feedback because they know it will be bad. So here it is, Opodo: I have to write my review on a separate platform. Your service is shocking, your App is useless, and what exactly are you offering your clients? Do yourself a favour and book your flights directly with the airline. Don't use Opodo, they have nothing to contribute but will charge you for that.

They don't deserve any stars. They are a scam company, run the other way as fast as you can. We lost R35 000 for our trip that they canceled our flight was 19 December 2021, you can't get ahold of them by phone, there is no email address and there app chat is also a lot of bull. They give you a diferent story each time. The last guy told me good luck do what you have to, to get your money back. Lufthansa Airlines just say sorry we can't help you contact Opodo they say we missed our flight no refund but SA flights to France was stopped December and I have the proof were they canceled our flight
