Blocked account & lack of communication
I just logged into my banking app I found out that my profile is disabled by that time I just sent R15300 into it worse part is that they didn't even notify me that my profile is disabled

28 May 2026, 09:06OM how could you block my account after that you don't even notify me about it now I sent R15300 without knowing I want to pay for materials now I have to find that my account is blocked here is my reference number ***7 please do the right thing before 24 hours I need to us my money before 3 days my house is stuck now cause you failed to communicate with me regarding the block of my account this is poor service
