failure to issue clearance certificate
The thing with Octogen, the service is poor. You will send emails, and no response. When they have to deliver, they do not, and they do not even communicate with their clients. They are frustrating the hell out of their clients. Currently, I have a situation where one of their clients which is deprived of a job offer because they do not want to issue a clearance certificate, and on top of that, they do not even communicate the reasons for that. This client will suffer economically due to the loss of such a big opportunity. Numerous emails have been sent to Octogen by NCR, which was trying to assist in this matter. Unfortunately, Octogen does not care. I hate to say this, but I am disappointed. I never expected such terrible experience.

To begin with and with reference to the above, you, are not the client in question, and no mandate is held on your behalf, so I am unable to disclose any information relating to this client, to you.
What I can tell you, is that the debt review and clearance thereof is a legal and legislated process that cannot proceed unless all the requirements have been met. In this case these requirements have not yet been met.
Your claim that there is no communication, is totally untrue and unsubstantiated. The last communication with the client occurred on 12th &26th March 2026, and with the NCR on the 24th March.
The fact that the client is under debt review should not prejudice his opportunity for employment, unless it is a financial position that particularly requires a clear credit record.
As soon as the client provides what has been requested from him, we will proceed to issue the Clearance Certificate.
Please refrain from placing derogatory postings without the true and just facts at hand.
