Undelivered products: Nuvita a **** or poor service?

I have ordered a product weeks ago. No product no delivery! The mails from their support is the same everytime. Sorry for delay, we are working on it. No contact number even if I asked for a contact number. Even offer another 10 % discount on NEXT order. So, NO first order, but please order another product. Is this a '****' company?
