Terrible customer service from [email protected]

Latest October 2025 I took one month with Sunshine loan then I struggled to paid on time I was then handed over to Nrb Risk Solutions. Then Nrb Risk Solutions on 20 March 2026 they took R3,216.19 they never paid Sunshine loan till now I called them then this stupid lady by the name of [email protected] hang up call on me and they are no longer answering my calls Maybe Stephan Grobler should give me call explain such terrible customer service.
