Debt review ignored - Ignored by NRB Risk Solutions

I am currently under debt review with MSD Consultants. Despite informing NRB Risk Solutions of this and offering them my debt counsellor’s contact details, their representative (Lucy) refused to engage with the debt review company. Instead, she insisted that I make arrangements directly with them.

This is unacceptable, as under the debt review process all communication should go through my debt counsellor. Their refusal to follow proper procedure has caused unnecessary stress and undermines the protections provided by the National Credit Act.

I request that NRB Risk Solutions respect the debt review process and communicate only with my debt counsellor going forward.
