Complete lack of respect for their consumers

I filled a complaint with the customer interaction team where the pump mechanism on their lotion did not work. Received this arrogant response, “While the pump mechanism is incomplete, the product itself remains perfectly safe and effective to use by un*****ing the cap.”

The product is designed to be used with the pump mechanism, show some respect for your consumers! Last time I will buy any of your poorly made products.
