Defects Electric Goods

My fellow South Africans, I call on you to avoid at all cost buying electronics from New World Menlyn. New world electronics have defects. Momentum bought me a Smart JVC 60" TV, with built in WIFI, Netflix, YouTube. The TV the bought me the WIFI doesn't work, it has an error of "DNS MULFUNTION". I reported the matter to the shop and I was assisted by an arrogant and stubborn guy called Thabang who didn't do anything about my complaint. Until I call in again I was assisted by gentleman called Lesego. Honestly Lesego he is trying his best to help me, i think the problem lies with the management of the shop. The guy he is trying his best, if he was the the store manger I hope he would have sorted me out long time.

I am in the process of having the TV collected and New World must REFUND my insurance and my insurance will start over the process of buying me another TV somewhere else.
