Does Nespresso exist in South Africa or is the online order service a skam?
Ordered online. The website indicates delivery timeframe of 1 to 2 days. I have been waiting since march 20th, sent emails, no reply. Does Nespresso still exist in South Africa ? Is Nespresso-World aware of the damage the operators in South Africa are doing to the international brand ?
I wish I would have read the reviews before trusting the brand in South Africa. There is not the slightest ambiguity about the appalling service for online orders.
Anyway, still waiting for my almost R1000 delivery paid on the 20th of March 2026...

I have finally been delivered a few days ago and I received a little gesture for the delay and disappointment that occurred with the lack of communication and tracking of my order today. I complained on Instagram and kept following up and the issue was addressed swiftly. Good luck to the other customers of the brand in South Africa. The service delivery needs a better communication system and the brand needs a better customer service. I am keen to assist the brand in that area would they wish this.
