Never Responds
I never get any feed back from this organization. We have no choice but to put our trust in our Municipality. But it feels they are catering more for foreigners than ppl that live in this country and we are the ones that is paying taxes....I demand a response to this matter asap.... Mrs Loxton from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Municipality started all this... My husband and I will never try any businesses again because our laws ...We lost thousands of rands due to this matter. PLs give me a response because I am going to get a lawyer myself for this unfair treatment

Nelson Borman so cruel
Nelson Borman used their friendship with my business partner to rob me of my company money. myself and business partner Jacqui Craigg has an agreement on how we pay each other instead Norman Borman went behind my company to pay each other some debt which they owed each other with my business partner and has nothing to with my business. They actually took money from a different company to pay for their so called freind for her other business. No invoice provided of the monies taken,my company has no contract with them only used them to help with a property transfer but instead saw an opportunity to help their friend with another company's money. This people are cruel and steal from you and am sure they know because they are lawyers they easly win any case

Failure of deliverance of Service by NELSON BORMAN & PARTNERS INC.
NELSON BORMAN & PARTNERS, was the attorneys which affected the transfer of the property into my name as the purchaser. The company appears very friendly at first but once they obtain their fees for the service for which they are suppose to render, their customer service is pathetic and they do not provide the service for which they are suppose to render adequately. I emailed NELSON BORMAN & PARTNERS , to indicate the property was still not in my name when I went to register to make my payments of rates, water ect. Despite the fact that I obtained all documents indicating the successful transfer of property into name from Nelson Borman. I was advised the transfer was still not affected by NELSON BORMAN & PARTNERS and I emailed the attorneys accordingly. The response from NELSON BORMAN & PARTNERS , "I was on leave for the last 4 days and together with all of the other work I have been attending to on my return have briefly read through your below correspondence. I am not sure what you are both wanting from me?" That is the response received to a customer after they received their payment as I was of the opinion, that based on the documents provided to me that the service was rendered. My issue is still not resolved. NELSON BORMAN & PARTNERS INC service is terrible and I don't advise anyone to use them.

Good day, <br> <br> I was selling my property and the above conveyancing company was used for the tranfer of the bond. Bond was registered on the 7th and a process I believe that is suppose to take about a day for any refund paid out from the bank is taking a whole 5days in total and still no money has been paid towards me.I have heard so many good service reports for the above but this is petetic and it is definitely changing the views for the fact that everytime we try and contact the person that deals with the payment they advise \she is not yet at the office or has left for the day"<br> <br> Hope the management team takes this very serious <br> <br> Regards <br> Mk lewis """
