Failure of deliverance of Service by NELSON BORMAN & PARTNERS INC.

NELSON BORMAN & PARTNERS, was the attorneys which affected the transfer of the property into my name as the purchaser.

The company appears very friendly at first but once they obtain their fees for the service for which they are suppose to render, their customer service is pathetic and they do not provide the service for which they are suppose to render adequately.

I emailed NELSON BORMAN & PARTNERS , to indicate the property was still not in my name when I went to register to make my payments of rates, water ect. Despite the fact that I obtained all documents indicating the successful transfer of property into name from Nelson Borman.

I was advised the transfer was still not affected by NELSON BORMAN & PARTNERS and I emailed the attorneys accordingly.

The response from NELSON BORMAN & PARTNERS , "I was on leave for the last 4 days and together with all of the other work I have been attending to on my return have briefly read through your below correspondence. I am not sure what you are both wanting from me?"

That is the response received to a customer after they received their payment as I was of the opinion, that based on the documents provided to me that the service was rendered.

My issue is still not resolved.

NELSON BORMAN & PARTNERS INC service is terrible and I don't advise anyone to use them.
