Frozen Food Blunder

Bought a Nature's Garden 1Kg Corn, Carrots and Peas packet at Checkers. Upon opening the packet there was literally 1 and a half peaces of carrots in the whole packet. Where is your quality control I wonder? There is a reason for buying your product. Had bad experiences from other suppliers and your products were the best amongst the rest. My options to now find another supplier's product are getting slimmer. Is this the new food industry trend? Come on guys!
