My phone was damaged on 20 May 2026 and I was stressed about the whole situation. Katelyn's (Naked Insurance) professionalism and swift responses is commendable. She explained every step of the claim process well and I knew what was needed from me at all times. Her diligence put me at ease because I realised I was in good hands. The claim was processed, approved and paid out all under 7 working days. I received a pleasant customer service experience. I would recommend insuring your phone with Naked Insurance.

I recently had a car write-off claim with Naked Insurance, and despite the stressful circumstances, the experience was handled professionally and efficiently. A special thank you to Nolitha, my claims handler, who consistently provided feedback, communicated clearly, and showed remarkable empathy, patience, and understanding throughout the process. Even during moments of frustration on my side, she remained calm, supportive, and professional. Her excellent customer service made a very difficult situation much easier to navigate, and I truly appreciate the support received from both her and the Naked team.

The claims process is easy, speedy and you are kept informed every step of the way. Exceptional service with so much empathy. My phone was ****** last Saturday and by Wednesday naked resolved my claim. Heidi was so emphatic and understanding. It feels like dealing with family!
