What a pathetic delivery service. Rescheduled 3 times and never on time. Promised again to do a delivery between 12 and 2 and its now after 7pm and still waiting. No direct contact number. Now we know why...........

The Depot that delivers to N8 area code in London are not honest re their attempts to deliver. On 2 occasions their tracker states that attempt were made to deliver even though i was home. Similarly for another occasion to pick up a return Usually when attempts are made a calling card is left, on all occasions this wasn't done so unlikely that the attempts were made. There are much more reliable couriers servicing London and these guys should be avoided.

MyHermes failed to collect my parcel on the agreed day. I then managed to get them to agree to a re-collection which they failed to do a second time. I had to fight to get my refund.

I stupidly thought that this was a once off mistake and used them to collect the package from a new address. On their first attempt they went back to the old address despite having created a new collection request. On their next attempt they apparently could not find the house but did not try to call the shipper for directions.

Dealing with their so-called help centre is the most soul-destroying experience. I have never had a worse customer experience.

It would appear that wikipedia is unwittingly accurate in defining the Greek god Hermes as the \Patron and Protector\" of (amongst others) \"thieves,......roads, boundaries\". They took delivery of a parcel, displayed the tracking thereof including delivery however this was probably to the mystic kingdom ruled by Zeus.

On enquiry, I was first informed via eMail that it was past the self-defined deadline and that the proof of delivery, a fundamental basic of the business, was no longer available. After a second enquiry, I was informed that they are not prepared to communicate with me as I was not the shipper.

I have conveyed this information to the seller and as much as I acknowledge that the \"deadline\" is passed, I find it hard to believe that they are \"unable\" to provide any proof of delivery. More so, their unwillingness to communicate with the final recipient is at least suspicious. Couriers are supposed to be trusted with other people's personal effects and information. Under the current circumstances, I would not trust myHermes Couriers with a used toothpick. "
