Mukuru Funeral Cover has become one of the most frustrating service providers I have dealt with.
Since last year, I have had to constantly call your offices just to get an order number in order to pay my policy. Most of the time I am on the road, and it becomes extremely difficult and inconvenient to keep making calls for something that should be simple and automated.
You are providing a service, so why can’t you make payments easier for your clients? Why not simply provide banking details for direct payments or allow a proper debit order system? In this era of technology, customers should not struggle this much just to keep their policies active.
To make matters worse, your WhatsApp system does not get updated. It is still showing last year’s orders, which creates even more confusion and inconvenience.
I am honestly very disappointed and disgusted by this level of service. Please improve your systems and customer support because clients deserve better.
