Mukuru Funeral Cover has become one of the most frustrating service providers I have dealt with. Since last year, I have had to constantly call your offices just to get an order number in order to pay my policy. Most of the time I am on the road, and it becomes extremely difficult and inconvenient to keep making calls for something that should be simple and automated. You are providing a service, so why can’t you make payments easier for your clients? Why not simply provide banking details for direct payments or allow a proper debit order system? In this era of technology, customers should not struggle this much just to keep their policies active. To make matters worse, your WhatsApp system does not get updated. It is still showing last year’s orders, which creates even more confusion and inconvenience. I am honestly very disappointed and disgusted by this level of service. Please improve your systems and customer support because clients deserve better.
Worst courier company in the history of mankind. After waiting for a week to get my documents, their Call Centre number doesn't answer their phone. They don't reply to emails, i had to drive from Pretoria to their office in Germiston, only to be told that they cant get hold of their driver who had the documents for the past 3 days. After waiting for over 2 hours, i was given the number of the driver, finally got my documents in the evening. Stay away from this ******* company, Post Office was much better than this nonsense.
I opened a flexi funeral policy in 2022 at Brooklyn branch and have been paying for it every month without fail. Recently I walked in at Gezina branch to add my newly born baby and I was told that they can't pick up my details in their system. The consultant gave me a number to call and I did that, was told that I need to go back to my nearest Standard Bank branch so that they can log my details manual, still they can't pick up my details. The consultant tried calling the standard bank insurance number but it went unanswered for hours. I am so disappointed in you standard bank insurance team. Please revert bank and sort your messy out.

I am so disappointed by VFS Global Brooklyn, Pretoria. It took them over 2 months to refund my money and when I got it, they only paid me half of it without even getting any explanation whatsoever. I filled all the paperwork for refund in March 2021. Its so disappointing, i wasn't expecting such a poor service from a corporate and international company like them.
