Bad service and lies

I tried buying a car. The 1st day the salesman was suppose to come he never came. He than said he will come later he **** twice never pitched up. He advised his ceo called him. He arrived on another day we did not agree on pricing. I than messaged him and he promised to call me and he did not. Its his habbit to lie.He did not call. If he got a better price I dont know.
