Micro Robotics - Be very, very careful.
We purchased 50 voltage regulators which were quoted and invoiced as being controlled by a well known and respected industry standard chip. The product delivered however was equipped with a cheap alternative that does not and can never function. All 50 items are completely and utterly useless for any purpose whatsoever. They will simply never work. Johan Conradie of Micro Robotics regrets the ***** up but declines to make good.

Extremely disapointed
We have been buying from MR for a few years now, never a problem, excellent service, always stock, we ourselves are a large company that constantly buys from you. From October last year we saw that the popular items were out of stock. Today, almost everything is out of stock. What the hell is going on at MR. Whoever owns or manages the place needs to step aside so that competent people can take over and our industries can start working again. You are sitting on a gold mine, and we only get more ****ed off when we go on your site and see everything is out of stock. *********** management that's the only reason, don't feed me BS. Always starts at the top. Your staff is amazing, and the poor people have to make excuses for MR all the time. I am in the electronics industry myself, and know how imports work and the time it takes. There is enough to source, we went so far as to start ordering directly from an overseas supplier. A ****house full of parts, and arrive in a week or two, but it's a shlep. Wake up, or sell the place to someone else so we can get on with business. I as a customer can see something is not right there. Feel sorry for the staff more than anything, they don't deserve to suffer under such poor management. Wish I could award no stars.

Bad customer service
I bought a GSM and GPS enabled microcontroller. The GSM part is not working. I left a message on their website, wrote an email and phoned twice. The last time they said they made a note and would phone back the Monday. That's now more than a week ago. I have not heard anything.

Bad customer service
I bought a GSM and GPS enabled microcontroller. The GSM part is not working. I left a message on their website, wrote an email and phoned twice. The last time they said they made a note and would phone back the Monday. That's now more than a week ago. I have not heard anything.

Speedy Delivery
I ordered Thursday morning, Friday was a public holiday so I only expected to receive the order on Mon/Tue, however to my surprise my order was delivered in under 6 hours (from Centurion to JHB) the same day! I'm also very happy with the products and pricing.

Microrobotics Fantasic Service
These guys are nothing short of amazing. Great quality products at very competitive prices. Excellent communication and speedy delivery. Could not ask for more. Would give 10 stars if I could.
